HEATHER
WILLIAMS
Heather Williams is a financial services trainer, consultant and facilitator
based in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. She was the in-house management consultant and a
senior corporate officer with a major brokerage firm for 15 years.
Heather Williams began her career in the investment industry in 1973 in the Syndicate
Department for a regional brokerage firm, and left the corporate world as the
Vice President/Branch Manager of the Honolulu branch for Charles Schwab & Co.
While at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., she helped establish the Training Department,
served as the Director of both Fixed Income and Service & Business Development,
pioneered the establishment of both the Option Finance Dept. and developed the
initial call center for Charles Schwab. Heather is still actively involved in
the brokerage industry.
For
the past 10 years, she has run her own financial services
training & consulting firm and is also a partner
in Stanford Advisory Group, Ltd. - a financial advisory
and money management firm.
Along the way, Heather has earned virtually every securities
license possible including Branch Office Manager, Foreign
Currency Options Representative, General
Securities Principal, Financial & Operations Principal, and Registered Options
Principal.
Heather has seen it all. From the initial "tech-wreck" meltdown in the '70s,
to the days when Money Market Funds were new, different and s cary, to October
19th, to the Boesky/Milken/Levine days and ending with the latest corporate scandals
and "dot com" meltdowns. She brings this experience and her past 30 years in
the brokerage industry to Loss Recovery Center.
